Sometimes us Westerners get caught up with our current technology and forget that there is an entire world out there for us to explore. Well as a young technologically seasoned man my first question would be why can't we do both. Guess I should have thought of that idea a while ago being there are experienced engineer designers working on that very idea. Here's some more on the story but just to think the idea of developing countries starting to advance just as we have.
