New look for Apple?

The first link is an article about Steve Jobs and how he has decided to step down from his position of CEO. While some say this is an end of an era, I would like to see the new direction Apple may take with a new person in charge. Will manufacturing be the same as if Jobs was in control, or will things change, without the turtle necked genius. The other link talks about the latest apple product to be produced, the iPhone 5.
